Please submit your complete application documents in English to karriere@unimedizin-mainz.de stating the reference code 50056787.

Your complete applications documents encompass:

  1. Application form
  2. Your motivation letter
  3. Your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  4. Degree certificates and/or certificates of enrollment
  5. English test certificate
  6. Two reference letters. These have to be submitted by the referees directly to us.

1. Application form

Please download the application form here. Fill in all required fields electronically, save the document and send it to us as a PDF file.

2. Your motivation letter

Please send us a motivation letter stating why you are interested in our program and why you should be considered as a candidate. Please send your motivation letter as a PDF file.

3. Your Curriculum vitae (CV)

Please send us your CV as a PDF file.

4. Degree certificates and/or certificates of enrollment

Please send us ONE file (max. file size 5 MB) containing your official academic degree(s) and/or certificates of enrollment.

5. English test certificate

Please send us your lastest (and valid) English test certificate or other proof of English proficiency as a PDF file.

6. Two reference letters

Please ask two referees to send us a reference letter (the template can be found here). Please note, that the letter has to be sent directly to us via the following email address: info@ticardio.eu !
