The use of offers from other providers may be subject to conditions other than those described in this Privacy Policy.

We want to know who disturbs or attacks our offer

Within the scope of an access of our webpage, the following information is recorded:

  • IP address of the computer from which the request was sent
  • browser information (used web browser, operating system, language setting, etc.)
  • information about the server service used
  • protocol version
  • name of the retrieved file or page (URL)
  • date and time of access
  • transferred data volumes
  • status information (for example error messages).

These are required first to allow for proper delivery of the website. In addition, to protect against attacks and to ensure proper operation, access to our internet services is automatically analyzed for possible risks on the security system of our technical service provider and stored with the full IP address protected against access for a period of 30 days and then deleted. In the case of further tracking of attacks and disruptions, the access data is stored until the completion of the respective procedure.

The collection and storage of the data is necessary for the proper operation of our internet offer. No contradiction on the part of the users is possible.

The processing of these data takes place on the basis of Article 6 (1) (e), (2), (3) (b) of the GDPR, i.V.m. § 3 Landesdatenschutzgesetz Rhineland-Palatinate (LDSG) and § 1 provincial law on the establishment of the state enterprise data and information taking into account recital 49 of the DS-GVO. We will only try to find out who is behind an IP address in case of illegal attacks. Otherwise, this information remains hidden to us and we do not try to determine the identity of the owner of an IP address.

Cookies

On this website, Cookies will be used. Cookies are small text files stored locally in the cache of the site visitor's internet browser. Cookies enable, among other things, the recognition of the internet browser. The information generated by the cookie in the anonymous user profile will not be used to personally identify the visitor of this website and will not be merged with personal data.

Use of the offer without JavaScript

If you have disabled JavaScript in your browser, you will not be able to use certain content. Extensions such as NoScript allow you to allow JavaScript for specific pages.

Encoding

This offer supports line encryption via HTTPS / TLS. This prevents the transmission of your data on the Internet from being noticed or altered by unauthorized persons. The thus secured connection can be reached via the URL https://www.TICARDIO.eu.

Social plugins

This offer does not use any mechanisms with which information about the providers of social media services automatically flows when visiting our offer (social plug-ins).

Any redirects to providers of social media services such as YouTube, Facebook, etc. are exclusively via link, so that data about your visit to our offer (e.g. IP address, time, URL) or on your device data (e.g. cookie information) to the respective providers are transferred only with a conscious use of the link.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.

To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

For more information about Google Web Fonts, see developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google's Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Usage and application of YouTube

This website integrates YouTube components. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows users to freely watch video clips from other users for free viewing, rating and commenting. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, so that both complete film and television broadcasts, but also music videos, trailers or user-made videos via the internet portal are available.

YouTube's operating company is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Each time you visit a page on our website that incorporates a YouTube component (YouTube video), your internet browser will automatically cause the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google are aware of which specific subpage of our site you are visiting.

If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes by calling a sub-page containing a YouTube video, which specific subpage of our website you have visited. This information will be collected by YouTube and Google and associated with the concerned person's YouTube account.

YouTube and Google will always receive information through the YouTube component that you have visited our website if you are logged in to YouTube at the time of accessing our website. This happens regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If such information is not intended to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent them from logging out of their YouTube account before visiting our website.

YouTube's privacy policy, available at www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/, identifies the collection, processing and use of personally identifiable information by YouTube and Google.

Right to information

As we only collect data from you and about you to the extent described above, the use of our offer will only give us information about you if you have contacted us via the online services and provided the relevant information. Information rights can be asserted in writing or by e-mail to us (see imprint). This also applies to contradictions to a given declaration of consent.

Right to revoke the data protection consent declaration

Insofar as the processing of your data is based on your consent, you have the right under Art. 7 para. 3 DS-GVO to revoke it at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing up to that point. You can declare a revocation in writing by e-mail.

Right to rectification

If your personal data are incorrect, you have the right to demand their correction (Art. 16 DS-GVO).

Right to restriction of processing

Under the conditions of Art. 18 DS-GVO you have the right to demand a limitation of the processing of your data.

Right to delete

Under the conditions set out in Art. 17 DS-GVO, you have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data. This is the case, for example, if you revoke your consent or if the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to data protection regulations, you have the option of contacting our data protection officer (contact details see above).
