TICARDIO will officially start on April 1, 2019 for its 48-month duration. The coordinating institution CTH, will host TICARDIO’s kick-off meeting from April 3-4, 2019 at its premises in Mainz, Germany. During this meeting the rules and regulations applying to the project will be discussed and all Consortium Bodies, including the Supervisory Board will be decided upon.

The TICARDIO Consortium Agreement (CA) - a contract regulating the rights and obligations among the Participants of an EU Project with reference to management structures and financial distribution but also concerning confidentiality, liability and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – is now ready for signature.

Contrary to the Grant Agreement, the European Commission is not party to the CA. The CA is a contract between the Beneficiaries and is signed by each one of them. The Grant Agreement (GA) including its Annexes precedes the CA.
